• Delivery times may vary depending on location, availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Shipping charges, if any, will be mentioned at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products (fragrance-based, personal care, handmade), we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective.

• In case of damage or wrong item received, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

• If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our discretion.

• Refunds, if processed, will reflect within 7–10 working days.
